BUAFL Photo Of The Week: Week 13

Another week of BUAFL fixtures in the book and another great crop of photos from the action. Taking home the silverware this week is Jason Bridges who spent Week 13 shooting the Conference 2 South clash between the Nottingham Outlaws and Lincoln Colonials. His winning shot is this beauty showing the Colonials number 86 bowling over a defender for a few extra yards:

Despite number 86's best efforts the Colonials fell to 2-5 after losing 0-20 against the Outlaws. Jason shoots regularly at Outlaws games and many other events for that matter, keeping his Flickr page frequently updated with new photos - http://www.flickr.com/photos/outlawimaging

Honourable Mentions

Loughborough Aces number 31 runs with intent against the Lancaster Bombers Defence in this photo by Helen Kent. Helen's got loads more of her shots of the Aces and Tamworth Phoenix on her Flickr page - http://www.flickr.com/photos/kentooo

Outlaws number 27 finds space to run under hot pursuit by a would be Colonials tackler. Submitted by Victoria Goodwin.

Aces 19, Damilola Alaran, throws a wicked stiff arm in another vivid shot from Helen Kent.

This Lincoln player (who interestingly seems to be wearing a Carlstad Crusaders helmet?) looks to break free against the Outlaws D. Again from Jasons set of photos.

Last but not least Victoria Goodwin captures another great still from the action in the Outlaws/Colonials game (loads of photos from this fixture in this weeks competition!).
